We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
• Final Sale: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Fee: A $20 return fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from the refund amount issued as store credit.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Timeline: Once approved, return items must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving your return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is accepted, your store credit will be processed.
• Orders will be processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
• Panarea Store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Once your order has been delivered, responsibility and ownership of the items transfer to you.
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at info@panareastore.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations and modifications are no longer possible.
