Returns / Exchanges
Refunds for merchandised purchased in-store or online will be provided as store credit only. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must unworn or unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
If you order qualifies for a return or exchange, please enter your details below or by contacting our Customer Care at email@example.com. Return labels are only available for orders shipping within the USA. A $7.00 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund unless you are processing an exchange or if there was an error in the order. Please allow approximately five (5) business days for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
Return items must be shipped back within 5 business days after return label has been sent to the customer. Otherwise, the refund will not be admitted.
No return label will be provided to return large items such as bags and hats. Customer must pay for the return of large items. Alternatively, you can return any of the merchandise to our Doral location with the original receipt. If you would like to exchange your purchase, we'll help you find the right item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is accepted, your store credit will be processed, and it will be sent via email.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are eligible for free same day store pick-up! Local orders (within the City of Doral) are eligible for free same day delivery (end of day).
Orders will be processed within 2 business days (excluding Holidays and Weekends). Once the order has been processed you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
All international orders shipping will be calculated at check-out. Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the Customer. If a package is returned due to non-payment of these duties and taxes, you will be issued a store credit for your order (minus shipping fee).
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to cancel your order if it has not shipped out! Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any cancellations, or changes. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, or items lost or damaged during shipping. You will not be refunded for any circumstances above.
